Cherries!!!! ok, so with the help of Tracie (she's getting prices for hotel rooms). What I'd like to do is have a meet up 4th of july weekend. If we do it on the 4th, no one should have to request days off, being that the 4th which is on friday is a federal holiday.

I chose Indianapolis because its somewhat a central point for our friends in Canada, and the majority of us live either in the eastern or central part of the US.

So on the 4th which would be driving day, we'd meet up sometime in the evening, have dinner. Saturday have breakfast, check out the city, hopefully see the Indy 500 track, have dinner, then sunday drive home.
