Meanwhile in Alaska it's in the high 30s and low 40s. Tomorrow it's supposed to be -4*F/-20*F here. The end is coming.... :D

I travelled today because of a pow-wow that is happening first thing tomorrow morning with some big-wig mucky-mucks.

Steering always feels weird with new tires. Usually you have a better "feel" of the road.

What's up with your brakes? I know James had a hard time with the pad replacement! but don't recall what the end results were.

I think it's because the fronts are now at 245, steering feels tough. I can't seem to turn as quick as I could before.

I ended up getting the job done at a shop. I went with CentriPosi pads from Z1. It feels like the car doesn't stop as quick as it used to and the brake pedal feels tough to fully depress. Maybe I was used to dirty fluid and crappy pads? :ugh2:

What're you running front/rear? You've got 245 up front now?

If the pedal felt a bit more mushy than in the past, you could've had air on the line.

Edit: After some digging, I think you went with 245/45 front and 265/40 rear, is that right?

And you went from 18x8 and 18x9 to 18x9 and 18x10?

Sounds like you did everything right, and turn in should feel the same.

In search of a combination k-cup and espresso/cappuccino brewer.

Looks like there's no such beast in existence. :(

Really? I'm interested in adding an espresso to regular coffee to give it an extra kick, instead of doing the Starbucks Trente-sized skinny iced coffee with three shots of espresso thingy (which, by the way is very low calorie...).

I couldn't care less about the cappuccino, but my wife would prob dig it.

Manboobs? :shakes head:
