How do you figure? if we don't talk about politics on a car forum we're uninvolved sheep? What do you think is accomplished by political discussion here? It's not going to change anything.

Does that make sense????

Are you being honest????? posting that.

Why do they have debates before voting time?????

From your post, I can ask why even vote????

You are right-I'm done

I just hope I'm not screwed with this thread. I'll except a short ban but much more than that will cut me from having a place to distract my thoughts from depression.

So if you get your way and are allowed to discuss politics here, you think that's being involved? You're already calling people sheep. How much better do you think it's going to get when real issues are being discussed?

For some insane reason, you seem to think having a discussion on a message board will accomplish something :rofl2:.

The debate question is asinine. The debates are to learn about the candidates' views. What in the blue hell does that have to do with a discussion on a Nissan message board? And what part of my post has anything to do with "why vote"? I was pointing out that yelling at my cat has exactly as much chance of changing anything as debating it on a small message board, and somehow you managed to turn that into saying "why vote?"

andre12031948 12-07-2013 11:34 AM

I'll answer you then I really have to go!!!

Is that considered an "answer"?

For the record, I'm in favor for civil and informed political discussion, but I can understand why the owner of the forum is unwilling to give us that. Now you're calling us sheep before a single issue has been brought up, so the "civil" part goes out the window.

So you agree with me but we got to be "civil". WHY???? What's wrong with showing some emotion or sense of humor. Are YOU/WE "civil" when a newbie says something stupid & we have a great answer for him???? :)

Maybe a better words might be not getting vulgar, or whatever rules we have now for our responses. Are some of the posts above making fun of me? They are. Did I break like an egg? No!!! Now please let me go....

Will you like this better? We are ALL winners & god forbid I hurt your feelings....

Considering the maturity of the 370z owners, 20 something to 70 something, wouldn't it be possible, even a good idea to be able to discuss subjects that affect our lives, as well as owning our cars.

Healthcare?
Energy independence?
Even electing people that support our military guys/gals?

Just^^^^a few things that affect all of us.

Isn't that as important as what color of wheels will look the best?

Then there's also that thing called a new forum created for the next Z.

Give me a tongue lashing, but please don't ban me cause I need to keep my brain busy in order to continue healing it after a real bad head trauma accident.

Thanks
