Kettle Bells

So anyone have experience with kettle bells? Thinking about picking some up, but not sure what weight. Figure it's something I can do at home while watching TV & stuff

Default Kettle Bells

So anyone have experience with kettle bells? Thinking about picking some up, but not sure what weight. Figure it's something I can do at home while watching TV & stuff vs. parking my lazy butt on the sofa all winter.

Mainly interested in doing swings to start with. I messed around with my 20 lbs. medicine ball and could probably do a couple hundred swings with it. Should I go up to like a 30 lbs. kettle bell? Bigger? I workout 6X a week (P90X) so I'm in pretty good shape already.

Thoughts? Just don't want to start with something I'll outgrow in a couple of weeks 'cause they ain't cheap.
