It depends on what you want, there are some amazing ones here for probably what you would think are cheap. AZ's market was only worsted (is that a word? FF didn't underline it...) by Vegas' market in the collapse.

I remember looking at a house in Tucson that was selling for like 400k, it was easily worth 600k.. I look back now, and go, wtf didn't I jump on that LOL
