I want to hold one and see how it's weight feels in the hand. The Henkels I just bought feel very nice. Esp. the 8" Chef's. It has a nice bolster on it, but not nearly as the ones on the Hammer.

That is a smoking deal! My Wusthof Classic Extra Wide Chef's Knife, 8-inch, was more than that and I only got one knife. :shakes head:
