Lot of good choices in here. I would say jules and vincent were the most entertaining in this list, but since they were likeable it's almost hard to label them as bad guys. I'll go with heath ledger as the joker as well.

Yep + Keyser Söze in The Usual Suspects. I like villians that don't exactly fit the mold.
Another good one is when Morgan Freeman plays a bad guy. Dude can be chilling when he wants to be.
