yah, when i moved back from socal to my snowbelt state, the first winter i thought i was gonna die freezing.

but after a few weeks it didn't bother me.

for instance if it's 40F outside, i dont bring a jacket. if im working on my car, then 45F is perfect.

water freezes before i think it's cold... this is why i hate washing my car in the winter. as long as i have gloves on, im not cold at all... but then i slip and fall on my arse.

It can get cold. Freezing at night during the Winter. It's about low 50's right now, which is still cold. It's breezy too, so it's piercing.

The desert is one of the coldest places on Earth at night, FYI.
