i think nissan jdm sells driving gloves for our Z's.

but thought you said it doens't get cold there. why do you need gloves?

It gets HOT. My hands sweat on the wheel a lot.

Plus, that also gets it dirty.

Well if you are a smoker wearing latex gloves for an hour or so will remove the nasty tar stains from your fingers...
