I finished the third day of my 30 day squat challenge. First day was fifty squats, second was fifty five and the third was sixty. Tomorrow I rest and so on and so forth. They increase the intensity next week, til bu day thirty I'll be doing 250 squats.

Oh yeah...my farking legs are KILLING me! BLAHAHAAHAH!!

That's true. I probably would to. I would just hate having everything blocked, or being questioned about my viewing tendencies?
