It's a game that I mess around in a lot but am slow to do the story line because once I have beaten it, all the fun is gone except MAYBE fire it up for a couple races or tom foolery. I will probably get like 80 hours out of it compared to say the *gulp* 1900 hours I have in skyrim play time lol. I really am liking the story line so far. I think they did a really good job at transitioning into different characters and the missions are solid.
Edit* I put a lot of time just cruising too, I like to hear all the songs on the radio stations  I love doing drive bys with Ghetto Boys blasting on the radio.
