There's sooo much worse for humans than they are for nature. And even looking at what they do to nature, its pretty catastrophic too.. Blowing down trees, storm surge wiping out beaches... not good.

They all happen for a reason though, whether it's for bringing large amounts of fresh water and sea water inland, sediment, etc.
