At this point I'm just glad I don't live near him, so I don't have to worry about me or anyone I know getting killed when he loses control of his car. If he hit me, I would definitely google that thread and use it in court to show negligence on his part.

That seems to be a timidity problem on his part. Once again, probably just naive. But, yeah, I can see where one could get very frustrated with him.
