I was at Ft. Benning GA in basic training when this happened. I was probably one of the few Americans that didn't actually see this play out in the news...

I was at Ft. Benning GA in basic training when this happened. I was probably one of the few Americans that didn't actually see this play out in the news... just knew bits and pieces of what happened from what our Drill Sergeants told us. But I knew right then and there that not only was my life going to change, but it was going to change the entire world. RIP to all those poor innocent souls.
