I need to do some of that. I'm almost out of BBQ sauce though. Might have to make up another couple gallons of sauce so I can make up some more pulled chicken and pork.

Glad to see you are home now and recuperating. May I suggest that you set a chair up where you will have an uniterrupted view of the Z during the day. Nothing helps the healing process better than a new Z!

My work area at home looks out to my detached garage and concrete pad through a large window. I see both of my Z's.

Yeah, I'll do two gallons. It usually lasts three or four months.
