Yum

I walk barefoot on hot asphalt pretty routinely and have never had anything like that happen. I wouldn't be running on the track or asphalt or concrete barefoot without lots of practice. For me it's about conditioning your feet to handle the barefoot running and not so much the heat.

When I was younger we had a summer place on lake Michigan, I actually had blisters sometimes from being on the hot sand after playing for a while.

Triceps were especially sore since I vary my hand position on my push ups. I alternate between a wide stance with my hand outside of my shoulders to focus more on the chest, and a narrow stance with my hands touching to work my arms more. My neck gets sore when I work out my shoulders more (like an incline).

The blisters are from barefoot running apparently

Secretly I've wanted one of these forever. I had a 2008 350Z when I lived in Madison WI. I used to drool at a S2K that was being towed down the West beltline (east torwards milwaukee, chicago). I had to watch it go by every Friday lol.
