The PA at the airport has some interesting background music playing loudly -- Alan Parsons Project's I Robot. I can dig it.

I'm watching the Barrett Jackson auction in Reno. Hot August Nights is going on.

This looks like an excellent place to have a group meet! Fly-in and hangout for the weekend looking at cars.

It couldn't get any better. :tiphat:

Reno is a 1 1/2 to 2 hour drive for me (traffic dependent). Let's do it.

Anyone needing a place to crash in Sacramento -- just call ahead. Vagrants with Z's are always welcome. Even Kenchan can come, but he has to do my laundry and clean my hardwood floors if he shows up.

Has definite possibilities for me next year.

Installed my blend mount.

Looks good, but I'm worried, because the top part of the clamp is too far apart for the screw to hold it together. The bottom is tight and doesn't seem like it's gonna go anywhere...

I am flying back here to Minneapolis Monday and I am going to wear some charcoal grey wool slacks, dark grey wool sport coat, blue striped dress shirt, black Ecco cap-toe shoes and my Star Trek Boxer shorts.

When I go through security in Sacramento, I am going to strip down to my boxers and a t-shirt. This travel thing needs to lighten up a little.

The drive up the mountains has its moments as well. It has some twisties, nice side roads and great views.
