Trade secret- the biscuits by themselves are nothing special. It's the repeated bastings of butter (flavor) and salt. And I was never sure exactly what kind of meat was in the dirty rice. It was shipped in pouches marked "Cajun Meat".

I know Cajuns. I've eaten their food. It's always fantastic but you do not, ever, ask what kind of meat it is. :rofl2:

When I was working in a machine shop we had a lot of Vietnamese employees. They would bring in all kinds of food almost every night and they would laugh when we ate certain things... They would say if it was dog or cat but on some items they wouldnt tell us what the meat was, we just kinda shrugged it off after a while and said it tasted good so who cares :icon17:
