Z is back to stock form but I haven't sold it yet, been trying to get the plastidip off the decals and wheels... ended up using a pressure washer and still couldn't get it all off  I've sold almost all the aftermarket parts |

 i wish dealer would've just given me the splash guards instead of installing them on mine. it was already on there when i got to the dealer. the front driver side they over torqued the screw, the rear passenger side they completely messed up the install. luckily the screw holes are fine. :shakes head: Quote:

I didn't list any of my Z parts for sale, I listed everything out when I was trying to sell my car as-is before I took everything off I received a lot of PMs from people wanting to buy stuff and was able to sell everything locally or people would drive here to pick it up  |

You can give me advice ANYTIME on what is cool on a Z and whats not. You have great taste giy! |

Hello everyone :hello: |

When I went to Z meets I heard people say they wanted Amuse so I went with that for the body kit :P For the wheels people say TE37s look good on almost any car and are timeless that's why I chose em Quote:

Blah, I need a replacement FOB battery. Does anyone know if having a dead FOB would affect the electronic door unlock from the inside, once you open the door with the manual key? I went to try to get into the hatch and tried unlocking from the driver's side door panel. Nothing happened.

Unlocking the doors from the door panel won't do anything. |
can you get in from the hood, ms. pint? ;)

In the first test, I unlocked the car with the fob unlock button (pushed twice to unlock everything) and left the fob in my office. The hatch opened without a problem. At this point I don't have my fob, and when I used the door power lock button, it locks both doors and the hatch. Pressing the power unlock button on the door subsequently unlocks both doors and the hatch. I don't believe the battery status of the fob would affect the function of the hatch other than you being able to open it when the car is locked. If the car is completely unlocked (not just one door), the hatch should open without needing the fob. Of course, you can always follow Mr. Ken's suggestion and crawl between the seats if you really need back there :icon17: |

I didn't know there were two buttons under there. :icon17: :icon17: |

...which leads me to my next question. oh wait, this is my first question.
any one sell high quality pre-cut tint for our Z? i want to install it myself. just the rear hatch glass and the joke side c-pillar glass. |

Golf clubs don't fit back there, so they ride shotgun. When I have opened it w/locked doors I just press the one button I know and it unlocks, then pops the hatch (I always have the FOB on me). |
Quote:
you much have a nice big set of clubs then. in my G, there's a diagram in the trunk showing how to place 2 club bags. lol :rofl2: |

Though, It's a bit easier when they're in the passenger seat. I don't have to worry about scratching any of the paint when taking them out or putting them in. |
Quote:
aren't you worried you're going to scuff up the plastic inside the cabin? :eekdance: |
Quote:
are you saying that you can open the hatch without pushing the button underneath it? Please don't tell me there's another way to open it and all this time I didn't know. If that's true, please just be gentle with me. |
 ate too much lunch.. zzzzzzzzzzzzz....
