I know they haven't been since 2010 but still!

where's the teams in texas during that time???

o ya eliminated already :rofl2:

Yes, the Jets went to the AFC championship twice. At that time, they had a defense and running game, both left over from the previous regime. For some reason, they decided that winning games was somehow not one of their goals, so they let their entire defense go, and gave up on the run. Rex Ryan decided that Sanchez was the answer. I'm not sure what the question was.

Don't you people up there in America's Hat have your own football?

Both teams are looking good this year. Could be an all Texas Superbowl. :stirthepot:

:rofl2::rofl2:

In order for that to occur, we would have to play the game in September, when Romo is an All-Pro. Unfortunately, there are games scheduled in December.

And Schaub would have to simply not **** things up. He needs to take a page out of the Brad Johnson/Trent Dilfer playbook and just stay the **** out of the way.

haha ya see originally I was a fan going back into the 90's as a little kid so growing up it was a lot different!

I for one HATE SANCHEZ! he can :gtfo2: Rex I am 50/50 on some days I like some days I hate :icon17: again that's why I root for more then one team, same goes for hockey

as for canadian football, yes there is a CFL but the rules and game are a little different. For starters -

- only 3 downs not 4
- field is 110yds between end zones not 100 (not joking either)
- missed FGs can be returned
- a missed FG that goes out the back of the endzone gets 1 point
-endzone is 20yds deep and FG posts stand on the goal line

I am sure there is more but that is just some of the basics so you can see there is a difference.

you bet ya! but football is not my passion just a shared interest

I am die hard lacrosse player both indoor and outdoor, I actually play semi-pro just one league below the NLL, it is actually like a summer league for them so I get to play with pros all the time!

ya but 9/10 times the FG in NFL exits the field of play there for non- return able

where CFL needs another 20yds to exit so there is lots of returns!

o ya and field is not only longer by 10 yds but also wider by 10 yds

That's pretty sweet. I'm not sure why lacrosse doesn't catch on here.

eastwest2300 09-13-2013 09:46 AM

I watch the CFL when there's nothing else on TV, although I believe 90% of those players are former US collegiant players trying to get a spot in the NFL..
