It's insane. It's keeping me from buying more guns. And the wierdest part is that .22lr is the hardest for me to find. I can't find CCI .22lr anywhere. It's the only thing my S&W41 will eat other than Eley which is ******* expensive.

Dude, the only other firearm I want is the Glock 30, but Im in absolutely NO rush to go off and buy it, especially with ammo prices the way they are.. hell naw.

you have to be very diligent in your search. and buy all you can when you do find it.
we were at Cabela's, they stocked the shelves with 22lr and they cleared in less than 5 minutes. BUT, we kept going back every couple of hours checking, adn re-checking etc....won't have to limit the arms they are selling, limiting the ammo should do it nicely. :(

The .22lr stockpiling started when the govt was talking about a new AWB or other legislation. It was like people thought the govt was going to ban ******* .22lr. Seriously?
