ALl the little things just kept piling up. For once the weather worked with my schedule so I said screw it, just keep going. I ALMOST stopped to get a fire going in the fire pit but then it would been game over. I would be sitting on my as$ with a beer next to the fire all day.

Bacon, eggs, and a piece of bread on the bottom. Butter/maple syrup mixture to coat the muffin tin. you can add sausage and/or cheese under the egg too for a nice surprise.

So easy to make! Fry a few strips of bacon for a couple minutes per side, just want to start cooking process but they need to still be limp. Take a tablespoon of butter and about a tablespoon of your best maple syrup and melt in microwave and stir together. Use a 4 oz cup to make a bread round that will fit in the bottom of the muffin tin. Coat muffin tin with butter syrup mixture. put piece of bread in bottom of the muffin tin. wrap bacon around the outside of the muffin tin and cover all the way around. add cheese/hot suace/sausage/more bacon on top of the bread piece. crack an egg into the center. bake at 375-400 for around 18-22 minutes! just that easy!

Edit: The white may LOOK runny/nasty but they are firm. I try to make sure my yolk is still runny too...now I might need to make some!

After a couple times of making them, you can have a hot breakfast by the time it takes to do the first S (of 3) in the morning!

edit: 3 S's of the morning Sh1t, shower, shave. Have no idea if I had to make that clear or not :icon17:
