I think some folks in some of the business areas may be rethinking all that scope change everyone seemed so eager to embrace and OK.

The best and most important words any consultant should use are "no" and "why". My personal favorite phrase is: "...that is beyond scope and will require upper management approval of the formally drafted change order which, as you know, must be proceeded by a business process review and value stream map".
