Started a cross fit routine with the wife last night. My triceps are a bit sore from the push ups. She got up early and did today's workout (a run) while it was still nice outside. I get to squeeze my run in between arriving home from work and heading out to meet some friends at 7 pm. I think I'll be running in place for my workout rather than subjecting myself to the scalding afternoon sun :icon17:
