Evening all. How goes it?

The photo scavenger hunt I took part in this summer finally ended and we are in the reveals stage. So far, one picture has a lot of positive reviews. :)

I am homesick, tired, sick and lonely.

How are you?

You'll have to catch me in the morning... getting ready for work. Ever since "the incident" I have to wear pants at work. One overly sensitive person at a christmas party has to ruin it for everyone who hates to wear pants.

Sick to my stomach, bored with the new job, gearing up for an interview with the police department on Thursday.

Good luck on the interview and that is a very good shot.

:shakes head: ya think? I told mr bc we would not be going anywhere again anytime soon where we had to spend 10 hours on a freaking airplane. he could go. mini could go. I ain't going if I can't drive there. period.

change of subject:
speed shine stuffz.
I tried Griots (Mr. Kenchan's suggestion and what he uses). It was OK, doesn't do much for my dark color Z. (although the micro fiber towels are really nice and they wash up very well. I will probably continue using those.)
tried Wizards-No Go there too.
I have just about used all the Griots so I am looking for my next test product...

I have tried Griot's as well and was not impressed. I think people "want' Griot's to be good because it is not available in places like Wal-Mart. People feel special when they buy it so they convince themselves it works well.

Fact is, it is hard to beat Meguiar's products and I'll put my results up against any of the elitist brands.

:tiphat: I have been using the Meguiars wash liquid...I also have the liquid wax (that crap was expensive but I liked it, a lot), I also have the tire shine and some other spray but I don't think it was speed shine, it was more like what you would use for claying or spot cleaning. AND since I CAN get it at walmart, or the local autozone (which I prefer to walmart, even if it is more expensive) I may look into trying that next.

I tried the Meguiar's Black Wax -- it comes in a tube like toothpaste and is designed for dark cars. It is a little more work than the Ultimate (which I usually use) but gave good results.

I LOVE trade secret wax on dark colored vehicles. Extremely easy to use, doesn't cost an arm and a leg. Sorry I couldn't find a better pic. http://ep.yimg.com/ca/I/tolae_2270_35717835

Do you want a full big bottle of their NXT wash? I hate how it works with my foam gun/pressure washer. It's yours free if you want it, I just want it gone outta the garage.
