dang it, i have major farmer's tan from the community work my family did last weekend. gathering stuff from the community to give to goodwill. i donated probably like $2K+ of goods.

hope i made someone's day. well, part of the problem was, the stuff i was gathering for donation fell on my Z.

oh i see... sorry to hear that. so antibotics and lots of rest sounds like the medicine of choice.

yea, I have some Sudafed, NyQuil, Airborne and some other stuff... lol.. just want to be healthy, it's killing my gym time

I think I am going to try an become more active in the community when I get home
