Yeah, it's supposed to be a 15 second instagram video. I can't figure out another way to get the video. Mrs.Force recorded it on the instagram app. The video didn't save to my phone so i can't upload it to youtube :shakes head:

I like the vid Gale, now we need to get some track vids or maybe a nice drift while in a roundabout.............fucking roundabouts :shakes head:

my area has decided over the past 5-7 years roundabouts where a good idea so now they keep popping up all over.

in reality though they only suck during rush hour and/or with incompetent, inexperienced, dumb arse, prius drivers(or other car of your choice) who are scarred to go over 40km/hr on a straight road when the limit could be 80 or 90km/hr on county roads :shakes head:

Our town installed two roundabouts in an industrial area for traffic calming/efficiency. Thing is, transport trucks pulling trailers can't navigate them without jackknifing. :shakes head:

Hey all! Sorry I've been absent. Yesterday at 6am my phone started blowing up with text messages. At one of the two hospitals that I provide network support for the facilities department, during the monthly testing of the generator, blew a 480v breaker that supplied critical power to THE ENTIRE HOSPITAL! :eek:

Just imagine...you're in surgery..you've got your hand on someone's heart...and the freakin power goes out FOR TWO HOURS!!

All my network closets dumped their power, our redundant core routers..gone, our redundant wan routers that support our data circuits back to our corporate offices....gone, all phone service (inbound and out)...gone, all wireless access points for communication...gone!

Anyways, once the power was restored we got everything chugging along with no hardware failures!! That's 22 network closets and nearly 200 wireless access points..all good to go! :happydance:

So..in short...I'm back! :tup:

Also zucchini cake with chocolate chips :yum:
Fried zucchini rounds and shredded zucchini pancakes. Thats the plan for now.

No back up generators?

I had to live through 9 hours of 100% of the network down. That really sucked! In case of a power outage our back up generators will power all OR rooms, ER and the critical areas. The sh!tty part for us is a brand of our monitors need a hard reset and we have to go floor by floor trying to find them all.

I'm not sure man, I assume they either have a backup generator or the one they have has redundancy built in. No matter...they obviously didn't have a second breaker that they could divert power to. :(
