Its hott as hell down in TX.. :wtf2:

I read that. After using mixers without sugar for a while it's amazing how much better I feel the next morning. The hangover's still there, but it's so much better now that I'm not putting down a 12 pack of Coke mixed with my whiskey.

How old are you? I didn't start getting them regularly until 30ish.

Wait- never? You're not drinking enough.

I don't look it tho... thankfully :p

I have always been able to throw off the guys who guess your weight at Six Flags or a carnival or wherever. Rarely do they guess over 210 lb when I'm up around 230 lb. I guess I hide it well... under my shirt lol.

^^THIS^^

I got plenty as a young kid cause I didn't properly hydrate and I wasn't quite as seasoned as I am now. If I don't drink enough water, I'm pretty much guaranteed to get at least a mild hangover. However, if I drink a big glass of water every few drinks (I'm talking like 32 oz every 2-3 beers), I can drink all night long and wake up feeling like a million bucks

This works, assuming I'm drinking indoors. If I'm outside BBQing all day or working in the yard, there's just no way to hydrate enough to make up for the amount I'm sweating out. I just put some Aleve and a bottle of Gatorade by the bed before I go to sleep and ride it out.

As I get older I find a multivitamin works wonders with a couple bottles of water. Pro-tip :icon17:

Absolutely. Gatorade, Aleve, vitamins and breakfast tacos usually take care of the damage. Unless there was tequila the night before. Tequila means the day is going to suck.

mmmm breakfast tacos! Since I moved back to W. MI. I have to make my own from scratch. Chorizo and eggs are my best friend in the morning lol. I cant even get a decent tamale around here.

Yep. There's something about all of that bright orange grease that makes a hangover go away.

Pintsize725 08-28-2013 09:46 AM

Howdy all. Hmm, interesting topics this morning.

I have a tattoo for my husband and he has one for me. :ugh2:

We are both going to start working out and eating better on account of my insulin resistance. Also, I can't figure out if this is kidney pain or pain associated with my cycle. :ugh2:

I'm caught up.

Nope. My cracker *** just can't do menudo. I'm ok with barbacoa since it doesn't look like head anymore. Menudo just doesn't work for me. And the smell of it cooking is just horrendous.
