Aaaaaand the haboob rolled through and dusted my car. Then rain got the streets wet. Hopefully they'll try by the time I'm off of work (2:00a).

This is the last step of the process for making potato chips in a food dehydrator:
Dry the potatoes for between six and 12 hours, or until the potatoes are brittle with no pockets of moisture left. The potatoes should be crispy enough that they shatter if you hit them with a hammer.

How often are your keys out of your pocket though? ...for people to see it.

For me, they are never out of my pocket unless I'm at home and in bed.

I love that color. When I was looking for a Z Magma red/MB were the only two colors I really wanted. I found a blue one in Ohio but the dealership wouldn't give it up for the price I could get into the magma red one through a different dealer.

Truth be told, they're for my wife. She loves salty snacks and I'm trying making something healthier than the fried/baked store-bought variety. If there's one thing she misses most on her diet is potato chips.

I was surprised how good turkey jerky could be. I thought it was going to be petrified chunk of crap at first. Not bad though.

Everyone remember to watch the speed in school zones. Around here we have loads of police chilling by the schools handing out expensive "reminders" school zones are again 25 mph.
