bought 2 tenderloins, weird though one is almost twice the size of the other one! :rofl2:

Tenderloins are awesome. They're unbelievably tender AND lean. How's that possible, when the most tender of cuts are riddled with marbling.

i swear texas has the shittiest drivers

i've driven to other states and they all seem to drive just fine and actually drive with common sense so you know what to anticipate...

Homemade burritos tonight. :yum:

Chicken breast strips
Sautéed onion, green peppers and portobello mushrooms
Salsa
Shredded spinach
Cilantro
Southwest corn
Chobani plain fat free Greek yogurt (fantastic sour cream substitute)
Lime juice
Hot sauce, made with ghost peppers (La Place, if interested)

All that wrapped up in a whole wheat, olive oil enhanced 8" flour tortilla (100 calories, 1.5g fat)

I whipped out my grill pan, hit it with cooking spray, wrapped a 2.5lb weight from my home gym in aluminum foil and pressed that bad boy for a few minutes per side.

Perfection! :yum:

Oh yeah...forgot to mention that one of the St. Bernardus ABT 12's I had chilling tumbled out of the fridge. Somehow I was able to keep it tumbling down my quickly extended leg to the floor where it tumbled for another three feet....WITHOUT breaking!

The top began to pop from the pressure, so I rushed it to the sink...popped the top and lost three quarters of the delicious beer to foam. :crying:
