The rest of the money I make selling stuff is going towards a real estate project, I'm building a business strip to rent out. It's a huge initial investment but will pay off in the long run. I plan to have ~12-15 units for rent once it's complete and it's in a developing area  |
sigh. Tough times call for tough measures. You are doing great, planning for the future and sacrificing now will pay off in spades. You'll see.
