In unrelated news... I have 18 break-in kilometres remaining in the Juke

and I noticed my first stone chip (on the a-pillar)

Time to get some touch up paint before I apply the Opti-Coat Pro.

Dropped the rim off at Discount for repair yesterday evening. It's being picked up today and I should have it tomorrow - If not I'm going to bitch up a storm.

Doing alright man, I should get all my Z parts back tomorrow or Thursday then I'll be selling everything

I've been trying to sell off all my toys and extra stuff I don't need and save money. My mom's medical bills are all paid off now

The rest of the money I make selling stuff is going towards a real estate project, I'm building a business strip to rent out. It's a huge initial investment but will pay off in the long run. I plan to have ~12-15 units for rent once it's complete and it's in a developing area
