my right leg pain from WOT-ing my kickscooter for 3miles everyday resulted in an injury called peroneal tendonitis in my outward side of my heel.
doc told me to lay off my kickscooter for minimum 2wks. he said i was smart that i stopped the excercise a few days ago completely as it wouldve only made it worse. he recommened a ankle brace, but since i can walk pretty freely with only a slight limp after sitting for a prolonged time, he said i can just take pain killers... but no hamstermilling, no extra walks in the park unless i wear an ankle brace. so i guess i sit in my kid's wagon and let them push me around the park. |

plan of action for tonight...
screw in the splash guard screws that were painted last night on my Z. i just loosened them to raise the screw heads off the splash guard plastic to paint all sides. then not sure, im not suppose to do any excercise so i guess i will do some online window shopping. i really want to swap out the HU on my G.... but i dont want to spend any more money on her. hummm.... |

We have California shutters. They do alright with light control, but could be better for sleeping during the day. I'll mention curtains to Mrs.force.
