Oh yeah, I track everything easily with the mynetdiary app. It analyzes your daily intake and offers suggestions, such as particular food items that contained trans fat or too much sodium. It also has nutritional a d weight charts that i like to follow. Good stuff.

I also find its important to live a little during the weekend. 1 or 2 cheat meals keeps you from going crazy.

way back when (which means when I first got my first film Canon) I had a 50mm 1.4 prime...I traded it on a similar zoom. and have been looking to replace it since then...wish I had it now.
