True, I don't have any motivation (or desire) to stay up that late and sleep all day, or be a zombie all day. I like the sunlight, even if it does burn.

i usually need about 6hrs sleep for an active day. otherwise i need a 3hr "power nap."

I usually get 6 hours, but I really need 8-10, but I don't allow myself that. Sometimes not even 6...
