he lives in a super rich neighbourhood he and all his neighbours all have home camera systems, alarms and or large dogs etc.... o ya and they all park the cars in the garage in that area

I didn't tell you?! I sold my wheels finally, we refinanced our house and get a $500 gift card just for the hell of it, I'm selling my Valentine1 radar, and I've done a few sets of headlights with a few more coming up.
