Finally got around to wiring my rear fog that's been sitting around for half a year. Wired it to parking lights so that it turns on with tail lights, and also ran wires up to the dash for a switch that turns the rear fog off if I wanted to drive at night without it

Edit: I just did read something that speaks to lower metabolic rates contributing to an increase of fat storage. Hmmmm.

its dependant on what you eat...

I drink casien protein before bed because of it's slow burn properties.. causes your body to burn all night.. plus it's protien

if it's like fruits and maybe light non-oily or acid snacks im usually okay, but if i have anything like beer nuggest with pizza sauce dip at 10pm i am guaranteed heartburn at 2:32am.

and for the first time in 20yrs, i had some frozen jake's pizza the other night. i thought it tasted pretty good back in my college days.
