i saw some hero2 vs hero3 comparisons on youtube, and hero2 seems to have deeper color saturation, but hero3 has more clarity in focus. im not sure it's because the contrast is so low, or if they have a faster reacting light meter now.

hero3 seems to have its own firmware/quality problems as much as the earlier hero models did, so it seems to be a hit or miss.

so this week im thinking about swapping to my WEDS.

just change the look for a couple of months for a refresh.

need to do a few msbc's (aka black ribbon art) to break-in the new DW's on the rear.
