Yeah, no doubt the "Asian" food in Arizona isn't the same as it is in Asia. Just like Mexican food in Arkansas, Ohio, etc. isn't the same as here in the Southwest and Mexico (we are the same in terms of quality).

Seasoning two pork chops and sticking them in a crock pot is a terrible idea... if they weren't being cooked in the crock pot, then yes, just a little seasoning. In fact a good piece of meat (whether it be steak or pork or chicken) really just needs salt, pepper, open flame, and a quality cook
