Hey Andrew, I met Jim up at the dealership the other day. Didn't have much time to chat, but hope to again when I take the car back. The dealer is gonna take care of me - full headliner replacement. The Round Rock service director, Raj, is the completely opposite of George at Town North (formerly at RR Nissan). Everything with George is rude and no, we can't do that. Everything with Ray is polite and sure, we can do that. Let's just hope they come through on the actual work, and I'll be happy
