The rest of the money I make selling stuff is going towards a real estate project, I'm building a business strip to rent out. It's a huge initial investment but will pay off in the long run. I plan to have ~12-15 units for rent once it's complete and it's in a developing area

Yah, the push nuts used for the knocking seat tsb. I thought my seat was loosening again, but false alarm.

When my car went in for emissions check earlier this month, a fatarse squeezed into my car to start her and I think he pushed the seat bench coil out of place. The seat was making a similar knock noise when I moved in the seat so I thought the bench had loosened again.

but after inspection, and driving my z a few more times, the seat spring seemed to have reset its self. no more noise.
