Hey Andrew, I met Jim up at the dealership the other day. Didn't have much time to chat, but hope to again when I take the car back. The dealer is gonna take care of me - full headliner replacement. The Round Rock service director, Raj, is the completely opposite of George at Town North (formerly at RR Nissan). Everything with George is rude and no, we can't do that. Everything with Ray is polite and sure, we can do that. Let's just hope they come through on the actual work, and I'll be happy :tup:

:tiphat: I think they could have been a little less inconvenient about it. The headliner itself is not only drooping but also fraying. Because it's fraying, adding some clips to help the drooping isn't a sufficient fix. I'm quite happy with that explanation even if it did take them more time to make the determination than I would have liked :tup:

I don't work tomorrow now! We got far enough ahead we can take it off, fridays we only work 4 hours so it's not like we are missing much :tup:

So tomorrow the Z is getting a full detail I will probably take more then the 4 hours to get it all done :icon17: I need to do everything! Full interior clean with some leather conditioning + wash and wax :yum
