Nismo Driving Academy at COTA Update.

I just got off the phone with Nissan to verify my registration. The rep was able to clarify a few things.

The day will be broken down into "modules", in two of which the registrants and their guest drive the registrant's car. At any point in the module, the guest can drive the registrant's car. Unfortunately, the guest is not allowed to take their own car out on the track.

For the remainder of the modules, the guests will have the same access to the Nissan vehicles - GT-R, 370Z Nismo, and Juke Nismo. We will all get a chance to take the three cars out during the other modules.

Sounds like this is going to be a blast!

The rep stressed three times to be there no later than 7:30 am to register as the program starts at 8:00 am sharp.

See you guys on Saturday.

so awesome! you guys are going to have a great time! :excited:

Just finished the brakes a little while ago. Got everything back together except I'm going to let the intake filters continue to dry overnight to ensure they are completely dry. I'll install them and do the bedding process for the brakes tomorrow morning before I take the Z into the dealer for my inspection

Are you gonna have your Z, Mike? If not, I am wondering if it might be possible to register my Z as your car. I plan to have it ready regardless, but it's no big deal either way. If we can, great; if not, I'm sure I'll have plenty of fun riding with you or Matt as well as driving the other Nissan cars

I plan to be there no later than 7 am :driving:
