California firearms laws
This is probably not what you think it is but hear me out.
I just moved into an appartment and i have always wanted a rifle display as part of a wall decoration. The problem is obtaining the rifles i want. I have been thinking of decorative flintlock rifles, would i have to have a permit for those? The firing mechanic is different and it is purely for decortions only. |
Should be OK if the weapon is non-functional and can't be made functional (eg, barrel welded closed). But I'm not a lawyer nor do I portray one on TV.

Anything pre 1899 is an antique right?

Revolutionary War Muzzle-Loaders/ Pirate Classics
