Thought I was going to be able to keep the Z somewhat clean for more than a week, but no. There's always some sort of dirt on the road or water running across it from over-watering of grass/field, or just a broken pipe.
I give up. I'm going to go back to once a month wash I think. |

Griot's Garage 11285 Spray-On Car Wash Kit : Amazon.com : Automotive i get the above kit and then a gallon + towels. i use about 10 or so towel per wash. those green towels are fantastic. use product liberally to prevent swirls. |

Any recommendations on getting rid of the rust formed on the hub part where the wheels come in contact + the hub centric ring that looks like an old water pipe I was thinking of some wd40 or pb blaster + a wire brush.

the weird results i got from my fit was that when i used duplicolor engine enamel primer, the matte black paint chipped off after one winter season. when i did NOT use their primer on my previous fit, the paint did NOT chip off even after 5yrs.. yah, it's nice to have that option to clean it at home with no hose. for me it does not go any faster than washing the car with a hose and bucket, but at least i can store the car in the garage without worring about rusting my suspension bits and wat not. even with a blower, i cant get the water 100% out. |

Watched two runs of V8 practice, a Porsche GT3 qualifying and Pirelli track race. Called it a day on account of rumbling tummies. Had a blast!
