I am spending the week with a car floor mat manufacturer, believe it or not. I am working with their team on demand forecasting, multisite inventory management, replenishment strategies and factory build schedules. These guys make and sell more than 1.5 billion dollars worth of floor mats each year. It boggles the mind.

Compton has changed -- it is bad. The first time I went to the client we literally had to drive around the police-tape perimeter as they had a murder in the parking lot the day before.

Isa I'm not doubting your abality to research and build a stout vehicle. If your plans are just for a track vehicle then it is possible. Having worked on World of Outlaws quality sprint car I know what it takes. These cars are engineered to the max and still have failures. Ultra high strength titanium pieces fail. I look forward to following your build and hopefully hearing good track results.

My Meguiar's plush towels have seen better days.

oh I know man.. my DSM no matter how good the parts were.. something was bound to fail. but it was a stout lil four banger.. and my 3g, well, im sure it would have issues aswell.. lol

and bro.. I work on billion dollar aircraft... things of engineering madness... and they break... all.... the.. time.. lol
