Right? I'd like to go to some of these events, but there's never anything in the Southwest, and even if there was we're so much farther apart that it would still take several hours to get anywhere.

I'd like to go, gas just isn't cheap and now that I'm over 50k, I'm all worried about miles.

Yes that's the problem, I live in the part of the country with boring roads.

I'm sure the Z can handle it.
For me it's more about time wasted going there and back. If i could make it a 5 day thing then it would be more worth it.

I'm almost to 8k already, and I've had the car for 5.5mos.

I guess I can't really worry about it. It's my DD.

I made the mistake of buying a house in East California. Hopefully I'll move next year and not have to drive to work at all.

to those ricers , first they should think about how come the 300+hp WTCC are using 17 wheel instead of 20.

Once you understand the suspension geometry and physics, you are already half success on modding the suspension.

Totally random question but does anyone else have a high pitched buzz while driving? I noticed it on the cruise this weekend and now I can't ignore it.

Just my exhaust.

I'll have a listen on my drive home and see.

Maybe it's that ECU whine people have been talking about? Or a speaker is blown (or close to)?

does that sound like a crt (old tube tv)? if so, you might have the high pitched whine from the ECU.
