Power button + home button for about 10s will hard reset it.

Or throwing it at the wall and driving to the Verizon store to get a new one under warranty will do the same thing.

I'd have gotten a purple Z if it was an option, that's for sure. It'd have to have a lot of flake like the F***in' Awesome one though.

You do realize they made a Black Cherry = Purple one right?

Or 40th Edition Quartz had a purple glow to it in the right light. Nissan was trying to accommodate you sir, and you let them down!

I know, but I didn't like that color (no offense, BC!). It was too close to black and too "cherry" for me; not purple enough.

I want a true purple type color.
