And my experience with call backs is so poor that it is simply not an option. Please put me on the phone with someone with sufficient authority to discuss my situation and evaluate my situation without having to use those stupid canned phrase."

Tell me about it. Guy I work with has a 328 or 335 what ever the fugly thing is. He goes on and on about the car being awesome and how it would "eat" my z

. Meanwhile he is also paying $800 a month for it
