Youre saying you don't care and you're not going to worry about it, but you seem to always be waiting for her next call to see what shes going to say. She keeps cancelling after making plans all the time because shes getting a better offer man. Trust me I've been there. You need to just bail on this girl completely. Stop talking to her unless she starts knocking on your door and when you answer shes already on her knees. Otherwise, she's not worth ANY of your time and you need to just bail. Good luck with it.

Just a little update in case anyone was wonderring. The date turned out perfect. I won't go into details, but it was one of the best dates I've ever had.

Anyway, I also wanted to pass on some stuff I learned along the way that I hope may help others. Her schedule is a bit tricky, but it can work with some effort. I don't remember if this was said already, but nurses usually works 3 or 4 days out of the week & they usually have every other weekend off. I think it can definitely work with some effort from both people. The other thing that applies to just about every relationship these days is how you communicate. It sounds oddly simple, but don't text message unless it's for an address or something. Call her and talk. If all your communications dwindle down to only texting back and forth, it's a sure sign that someone isn't really into it. Texting is a terrible habit and I think I screwed up in past relationships because I was too lazy to make a phone call. A good rule of thumb is to always assume she's wainting for your call and never assume she'll call you.

I jumped on this kinda late but... IMHO.... She's running game 3/12 is normal for nurses and 4/12 if they work OT. On occasion, you find the occasional nurse that works 8/5 and may double shift once a week. maaasaaaaybe twice a week. Nursing to nails??? Sounds like the aunt helps her juggle dudes.
Either way she's something to have fun with. You guys politik well, she's really kool. Hopefully she's hot?

My advice:
1. Don't get attached cuz she's seeing more guys than just you.
2. Use industrial strength condoms.
3. Don't make yourself completely available and make her feel like there's a slight chance you have other interests. It'll make her make you a priority. If you want that from someone possibly runnin' game?

Never trust a girl that does everything SOLELY on her time. Same from women to men.

It's just advice, take it or leave it. No harm, no foul.

Lol yea really late. I didn't lock this thread just for subject about dating nurses. This girl I spoke to doesn't have the best reputation and isn't gf or wife material. I'm looking elsewhere, but I would not mind dating someone in the medical field since it gives us something different to talk about.

+1 tho on the shift of nurses it's very dependant on the place she works... My wife works at a hospital and currently is only working every weekend due to school, but before she was working 3 12s, with every other weekend, so sometimes 5 12s in a row...

but they also have 4 10's, or 5 8s..

I see what you mean, but that's not exactly what I meant. She absolutely needs to make an effort as well. What I've learned is that the guy needs to take the initiative, early on. I mean the exact opposite of being a someone's bitch, not that I even think in those terms. The guy has to take control, but you can't look at it as some kind of battle where one side wins.
